Administrator/ Bookkeeper
We are seeking an organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Book keeper.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office operations while assisting with general administrative tasks and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Competitve Salary

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties.
Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent digital organisation skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in a bookkeeping background
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated and flexible
