Applications are being sought for the permanent Head of Integrated Health and Care (Older People) role in Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership.
PKHSCP is a caring, ambitious partnership striving for outstanding outcomes and enabling people to lead fulfilling lives.
We seek a Head of Integrated Health & Care (Older People) to drive our vision, lead with creativity and innovation, and tackle present and future challenges effectively.
- Lead, manage, and control an integrated service model delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered in-patient and community health and social care services for older individuals in Perth and Kinross.
- Implement strategies in line with local and national quality, financial, and performance targets.
- Ensure services are designed to meet current and future population needs, emphasizing ambition, integrity, and compassion.
- Promote whole-system collaborative leadership for improving patient flow in unscheduled health care.
This position covers responsibilities in strategy development for Older People, Carers, Dementia, Locality Management, Urgent & Unscheduled Care, and Physical Disability.
Manage a large staff team and a budget of over £70 million for social care services.
Located at Perth & Kinross Council with hybrid work options, involving travel across the region.
