Manufacturing Company in Lincolnshire is looking for a **Maintenance Engineer** working in a Monday-Thursday Rotation (Mon-Thu, 6am-6pm and then Mon-Thu, 6pm-6am) with a salary of £43,000. As part of our busy Engineering Team, we are searching for a skilled Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be time-served, preferably from a Manufacturing background, possessing a National Vocational Qualification in Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Carrying out planned maintenance activities - Inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance - Troubleshooting and fault finding - Installation of equipment and machinery across various departments - Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing teams to ensure optimal machine performance - Upholding housekeeping standards according to 5S guidelines - Conducting effective shift changeover communication routines - Timely and effective reporting of necessary information. Applicants should have a proven track record in fault finding and diagnostic skills, be responsive to changing production needs, and excel in team collaboration.
