As a Bartender/ mixologist you will assist in the
daily duties in the bar and restaurant including:

  • Keeping the bar area clean and organised
  • Make drinks and serve customers
  • Wash up glasses and bar equipment
  • Keep the cellar organised and tidy
  • Help with bar prep
  • Work alongside the G.M to ensure smooth running
  • Put in bar stock orders and have an input in the menu
  • Cashing out

£10.00-£12.00 per hour
