Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls and other correspondence relating to all OPCC boards and to re-direct or deal with such correspondence as necessary.
Accurately updating and monitoring departmental excel spreadsheets.Be flexible in terms of working location and be prepared to work at alternative locations required by the PCC / CEO / within the Force area, undertaking a similar role.
