Edinburgh Bus Tours (EBT), part of the Lothian family, is one of Scotland's top paid-for visitor attractions and offers a five-star visitor experience.
We are looking for outgoing, confident, highly motivated people to join our team, promoting our tours and products.
You'll work on your own initiative and act as an ambassador for EBT selling tickets and tour packages to visitors and tourists.
If you have knowledge about the sights and attractions of the great City of Edinburgh then that's a bonus If not, don't worry, full training is provided.
In return, we offer a great package of benefits including a competitive hourly rate, sales commission scheme and a smart company uniform.
Ticket Seller Attributes(?)
- You will be people focused and enjoy working outside
- Provide excellent customer service
- Full training and support provided but previous sales experience would be advantageous
- Experience of cash handling is beneficial but not necessary
- Previous retail experience would an advantage, but full training and support will be given
- 18+ years of age, due to licensing requirements
