Painter \ Handyman
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding it's trades team.

This is a temp-perm role, predominantly covering mould and damp painting decoration repair works.

The role will also include basic multi trade duties such as:
Tap changes. Leak detection. Door handle and hinge changes. Minor tiling and plastering repairs. Curtain rail and sash window replacements.

The successful applicants will be trained, reliable, with good all-round knowledge and experience:

  • Mould and damp proof works.
  • Preparing paint surfaces.
  • Repaint surfaces.
  • Adding special finishes like stains and varnishes.
  • Using brushes, rollers, or spraying equipment
  • Minor multi trade \ handyman duties

Essential:

  • Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)
  • Previous painting and handyman experience

Desirable:

  • Void & Occupied Property Experience
  • Social Housing Experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£20.00 per hour
