What you can anticipate:

Role Overview:
- Provide administrative support for all areas of the Debt Recovery Team
- Contact customers through various channels to collect overdue payments
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client data and work towards reducing delinquency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, following appropriate policies
- Assist in summons issuance and monitor customer activities
Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in debt collection or similar fields, preferably in a regulated setting
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with diverse debtors
- Knowledge of FCA & TCF regulations and debt collection compliance
- Keen attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
- Proficient in collections software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and ethical behavior in all dealings
