Job Title:
Panel Wirer**
Location:Baldwin, Slough**
Salary/rate:£31,837-00 per annum.**
Duration: Contract to Perm role**
Shift: Monday - Friday 07:30am-16.00pm****About the Role:
- **Experienced Electrical Panel Wirer required to work for a leading manufacturing firm in Slough which specialize in the production of UV Lamps. You will be an experienced Panel wireman who can hit the ground running and be part of a fast paced highly reputable business that is committed to offering the best high level service for its customers worldwide.


I am looking for panel wirers who have experience within the electronics/wiring industry and can work from and interpret wiring schematics and panel layout drawings.

Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams, Wiring and assembly of components for control cabinets and panels, Looming, Crimping, and terminating wires using hand tools.


Main Purpose:
Electrical wiring and Mechanical assembly of control panels

Experience:

Relative experience and competence (e.g. Minimum of 4 years) working within a manufacturing environment associated with the production of low volume, high value, electro / mechanical equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical wiring and Mechanical assembly of control panels, and other related equipment
  • Compliance with Health and Safety standards within area of work.
  • Ensure projects comply with quality and build procedures.
  • Work flexibly with other team members, to ensure dispatch deadlines are met.
  • Highlight areas for improvement relating to product design, ease of assembly or quality.
  • Where required work with design and development department to help resolve mechanical, electrical or pneumatic issues relating to product Assembly or Test
  • Highlight any breach of safety standards found during product build Assembly or Test.
  • To work flexibly and carry out additional or alternative duties as necessary to meet the Company's needs. Therefore the duties detailed above may be varied by the Company from time to time to reflect changes to the role and/or the operational requirements of the Company's business.
