Job Description:

AI Prompt Engineer and Large Language Model (LLM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy state-of-the-art language models for a wide range of domains and tasks. You will also design, develop, test, and deploy prompts to elicit optimal responses from LLMs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy state-of-the-art language models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and researchers to optimize language models' performance, scalability, and robustness.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy prompts to optimize LLMs functioning.
  • Create business-facing experiences showcasing the value of LLMs to the broader industry.
  • Develop and manage the Generative AI roadmap and solution space.
  • Educate technical and business leaders on the use of Generative AI.
  • Co-create business-appropriate use-cases that benefit from Generative AI.
  • Establish technical standards and blueprints for Generative AI scenarios.
  • Follow strong software development standards using DevOps/MLOps.
  • Identify critical business problems that could be solved using Generative AI.
  • Define strategy for Generative AI and how to apply it.
  • Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in LLMs.
  • Prototype LLM scenarios for user testing purposes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features in an iterative manner.
  • Develop automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.
  • Influence the AI/ML stack like Feature Stores, Model Stores, and automated MLOps to maximize value from LLMs.
  • Connect and collaborate with subject matter experts in different business areas.
  • Make impactful contributions to internal discussions on emerging machine learning methodologies.
  • Educate the organization on Generative AI from both IT and business perspectives.

Qualifications:

  • A higher degree (PhD preferred) in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Bioinformatics or related quantitative field.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs fine-tuning and/or training.
  • Hands-on experience with Bert, Bard, ChatGPT, LLaMA, Dolly, etc.
  • Good experience in any at least 2 of the AI domains: NLP, NLG, Computer Vision, etc.
  • Experience in machine learning and software engineering best practices with advanced skills in Python and Cloud.
  • Experience writing and presenting papers, documentation, and presentations to explain (research) findings.
