Personal Assistant to Medical Matrons

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Medical Matrons on a permanent full-time basis.


You will produce a comprehensive, high standard effective and efficient personal assistant service to support the work of the medical matrons.

This will include the co-ordination of documentation, supporting and servicing by taking minutes and appropriate follow-up action.


You will be expected to work as directed by the medical matrons ensuring that systems and procedures are developed and in place to achieve deadlines.


Act as first point of contact for medical matrons dealing with internal and external enquiries to the Trust at own discretion, taking detailed messages and using initiative to deal with queries.


You will be expected work on their own initiative with minimum supervision and be required to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management, displaying a high level of tact and diplomacy at all times.


Secretarial, administration, coordinate complaints and gathering information, development of training and technological advances, participate in annual appraisal process and maintain mandatory training records.
