We are looking at expanding and assisting our compliance team at our head office in Monmouth in a full-time role.


Due to the nature of the business, we require someone who is willing to take on a role that is dynamic and could include a number of tasks that may change day to day these may include.


  • Assisting Compliance Assistant with administrative tasks as required including data submissions ensuring to maintain a good level of performance and efficiency
  • Processing grant funded claims through data processing
  • Organising and maintaining the office, including filing any documentation
  • Assist with document production including copy typing and formatting word
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and directing the callers
  • File checking

  • Demonstrates strong and accurate attention to detail
  • High levels of concentration
  • Meticulous
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook and Excel.
Including the ability to work with different software

  • Selfmotivated, passionate, able to work quickly and under pressure.

  • Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrates a good level of English spelling and grammar
