RE Recruitment are currently looking for a machine operator with basic machine manufacturing maintenance expereince for a growing company in Gloucestershire.


The company are a well-established business in Gloucestershire known for their products in food manufacturing, due to expansion they are looking to appoint a machine operator to join the team.

You will join an established team of operators that run a well-oiled production of quality dairy products.

Reporting to a team leader you will be responsible for operating automated production machinery and carry out routine and reactive maintenance on the machinery to ensure maximum output by each machine in your area.


In return the company will offer your training and career progression while you learn different types of machinery to maintain.

Operate & Maintain food production machinery

*Assist senior engineers with both planned and unplanned maintenance of machines

*Ensure machinery runs at optimum levels / minimising disruption of changeovers & waste

Good communicator / able to read, record and review data from quality and audit sheets

*Role in a similar FMCG processing role

*Ability for basic engineering maintenance / production line change overs

*Monday - Thursday

Weekends off (some overtime hours offered on Friday pro rota rate

£Full time

Initial temp to perm via RE recruitment 12 weeks
