Shift Miller

The Bicarb Miller will be responsible for operating a bicarb packing line and support duties at the operational Winnington site, working with TATA Chemicals Europe as a key contractor.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Testing Product for grading.
• Working shift work, packing bicarbonate of soda into different gradings of 1000kg bags and 25 pallet paper sacks.
• General cleaning duties as directed by the Client
• Accurate data recording
• Ensure that equipment and PPE is treated appropriately.
• Understand all Health & Safety requirements for each job and raise issues appropriately to ensure safe working.
• Driving FLT's.
• Interface professionally with client onsite.
• Required to work a rotating shift pattern over 365 days per year. Operates on a 4 on / 6 off 12hour shift pattern.

This alters during 2 months of summer to 4 on / 4 off. Essential Training / Requirements

• Current FLT licence

Food hygiene

• Level 2. Medical Requirements
• Current FLT Medical.

£12.73 per hour
