Customer Service Advisor - £28,000.00 East London


Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor with e-commerce processing experience, to join close-knot team on a permanent basis.

To be the primary point of contact for both perspective and established customers.

TheCSR will provide helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints whilst ensuring customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.


Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Working closely with Operations and E-Commerce to plan and ensure exceptional customer care is provided daily and during peak periods.
  • Processing customer orders and any related operational tasks as necessary
  • Coordinate appropriate responses to customer queries, including the processing of returns and resends
  • Building relationships with all our customers bringing sensitivity, delightfulness, professionalism and understanding to their needs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in online customer service or customerfacing roles
  • Experience in CRM software (such as Gorgias, Freshdesk, Zendesk) is essential, and ecommerce platforms ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude to work
  • Selfstarter, enthusiastic and results driven
  • Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK and able to work fulltime Monday to Friday (8:30am 4:30pm) at our roastery in London

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, with UK and foreign customers. Excellent telephone manner
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with customers.
