Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor - Manchester


An opportunity to join a highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team of an award winning national firm based in Manchester city centre.

The Role

Working with a team led by a Partner recognised as a leading expert

The team offers specialist advice to insolvency practitioners, businesses, individuals, directors, banks and asset based lenders and other stakeholders in both contentious and non-contentious areas of restructuring and insolvency

This role will involve handling a caseload of contentious insolvency matters with the support of a friendly and collaborative team

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE

Experience gained in a reputable restructuring & Insolvency team

Proven experience dealing with contentious insolvency work, acting for insolvency office-holders on antecedent transaction and breach of duty claims under Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act

Good drafting and advocacy skills
