Brook Street has an exciting opportunity in South Shields for a Market Research company with ongoing projects.


You will be working a 4 day week with every Friday off Working hours are Monday to Thursday with a pay rate of £10.15 per hour with weekly pay.

In addition, you can expect 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

Duties include:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to graduates, asking a series of questions related to their degree & employment
  • Recording responses on internal systems
A typical day involves making approximately 20 calls/hour, typically under 5 minutes in length. The call lists will be provided daily and these are not cold calls & involve no sales. There is a quick & easy script to follow, so the role is very easy to pickup with training.

Recruitment process:

  • Telephone interview with a Brook Street consultant
  • Interview trial (4 hours) on site with current staff to experience the environment
  • Start ASAP if successful
