Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Telford for Production Operatives to work in a food manufacturing site.
Temporary to permanent opportunities for the right candidatesHours of work:
Monday - Friday
Rotating Shifts
6am - 2:30pm/ 2pm - 11pm
Friday - early start, early finish
38 hours per week
Pay
£11.44 for the first 12 weeks
£12.00 after 12 weeks
Description and key responsibilities as a Production Operative:
Working on a fast line packing finished goods
Ensure the right quantities are packed
Quality checking packaging
Stack pallets to the required height
Identify defects and remove
Working within a food manufacturing site
Qualifications and skills required as a Production Operative
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential, specifically within a manufacturing/pack house/produce background is desirable.
You should have good practical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
A 'Can do' attitude and proactive approach
You should have an understanding of health and safety policies in the work place
Good levels of written and spoken English
No food allergens as allergens present on site
