Looking for a motivated individual with a love for learning and a positive attitude? Are you detail-oriented and well-organized? Our client is in need of a Goods In/Despatch Operative to join their team and assist with repair and sales operations.


Responsibilities:
- Receive parcels and deliveries, check quantities, and verify delivery documents.
- Track parts in the maintenance cycle by recording serial numbers.
- Identify and report discrepancies in orders and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Team on incoming orders.
- Ensure timely completion of internal product documentation.
- Maintain a tidy yard and department.
- Keep meticulous records of all stock movements.
- Coordinate collection times with customers.
- Schedule deliveries and collections.
- Adapt to different shifts based on customer requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Capable of working independently and managing workload.
- Strict adherence to work procedures.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally possess a counterbalance forklift license.
- Willing to challenge norms with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and achieve KPIs.
- Physically capable of heavy lifting.
- Must have a full driving license.
