Description:


As Treasury Assistant, you will join our expanding Finance team to support the business through an exciting period of growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Treasury to support the financing of ongoing growth of the business, and successful integrations of acquisitions, whilst monitoring cash and forecasting.

You will manage bank accounts and complete other administrative tasks as required, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the treasury functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records of bank accounts across the group and assisting with updating bank mandates and bank portal user access.
  • Assisting with cash forecasting and modelling, including scenario planning and stress testing.
  • Regularly testing and reporting on compliance, debt facility covenants, and undertakings.
  • Integrating acquired businesses into central treasury processes.
  • Assisting with financial modelling of acquisition cash flows.
  • Working closely with finance managers across all areas of the business as a key contact for cash and banking matters and supporting regular updates on forecasting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desirable, not essential).
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy or Treasury (desirable, not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to communicate with stakeholders.
