About Our Client:
Our client is a leading player in the technology and telecoms industry, boasting a workforce of over 80 employees. They are renowned for innovative solutions and have a strong commitment to maintaining high customer service standards.
As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will be:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
- A proven track record in a customer service role, particularly within a telephone based role
- 1 year experience within customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Good problemsolving skills and a solutionoriented mindset
- Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Can commit to a temporary role
