Hunter Savage are delighted to support an exciting company based in Belfast who are seeking a Accounts Payable Admin to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Maintain accounts payable records using ERP system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, bank, and credit card accounts.
  • Assist in supplier payments and issue resolution.
  • Process invoices using an automated system.
  • Generate purchase orders and analyse data trends.
  • Support team meetings, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's culture and goals.

The Person:

  • 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience – preferably within manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Automated AP processes.
  • Desirable experience includes initiation of IATI or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective multitasking and organisational abilities.
