Room Attendants / Cleaners to join our hotel housekeeping teams at either the Berkeley Square Hotel & Berkeley Suites or the Clifton Hotel on a part-time basis (options for either 10-12 hours per week over 2-3 shifts, or 20+ hours per week over 4 shifts).


This Hotel Room Attendant position offers flexibility and a 'lock up and leave' approach to working - no stress or worry from one shift to the next We offer training to those who want to progress, a friendly and welcoming team environment and hours that can work around existing commitments - be they children, other jobs or study (or something else).


Salary details:

- £11.50 per hour for mid-week shifts and £12 per hour for weekend and Bank Holiday shifts

  • Top three room attendants will get a bonus of £100, £50 and £25 respectively at the end of each month
  • Monthly pay on the 30th of each month (or nearest working day before if this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday)

Details of the Hotel Room Attendant role:

  • Based at either The Berkeley Square Hotel and Berkeley Suites or at the Clifton Hotel in Clifton, Bristol
  • Part time, with 3 available contract options as follows:

  • 10-12 hours per week, worked over 2-3 weekly shifts

20 hours per week, worked over 4 weekly shifts
-
25 hours per week, worked over 5 weekly shifts

  • All contract options will be on a rota basis to include weekend work
  • Daily start time at around 8.30/9am on weekdays and 9.30am on weekends you will be working until approximately 2pm3pm on weekdays and 3pm4pm on weekends
  • Guaranteed hours each week (no zero hour contracts)
  • Rotas done fortnightly it would be possible to fit this role around childcare or other commitments
  • 28 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays)
  • Opportunities for progression to supervisor and Head Housekeeper after 3 and 6 months with additional training provided at each stage


We are, ideally, looking for an immediate start, however its more important that we find the right person A good understanding of English is preferred.

What youll be doing as Hotel Room Attendant:

  • Ensuring overall guest satisfaction and comfort by providing consistently clean and presentable hotel and suite accommodation
  • Regular public area cleaning for our suites
  • Making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces and bathrooms
  • The positions involve working independently the majority of the time, and in a small team occasionally.

Youre a hardworking and friendly team player with a strong initiative. Some cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. With an excellent eye for detail, you will have the ability to work independently and unsupervised, and take great pride in your work
