We are Skates and Ladders, an all ages and abilities skateboard lesson company based in London. Our mission is to teach skateboarding to everyone and inspire others to discover the joy of Skateboarding.

We want to show aspiring skateboarders how to skate safely and educate people on the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle through skateboarding.


Job description

We are always looking for talented and enthusiastic skaters and coaches to join our team⁠.⁠ _So if you are passionate about building your local skateboard community, and looking for a rewarding opportunity that involves both skateboarding and helping others, then look no further. ⁠

The job role includes:

  • Lesson delivery: private 1to1, private groups, open groups school clubs, skate camps and birthday parties.
  • Communicating customer feedback to Managing Directors.
  • On boarding of new customers using marketing material provided by the company. up selling offers and other service lines.
  • Management of company provided equipment.

Training included:


All Skates & Ladders instructors will be fully trained, First Aid qualified and DBS (formerly CRB) certified with years of expert knowledge teaching skateboarding.


Availability:

Being an instructor is a flexible job to fit around your schedule. Ideally we are searching for instructors with weekly availability including at least 1 week day and the weekend.

£15.00-£45.00 per hour
