Aftersales Advisor Positions

At our Maidstone Honda motorcycle store, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and customer care. We're currently on the lookout for two Aftersales Advisors to join our dedicated team.

Aftersales Advisor - Your Role:

  • Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to our motorcycle customer's postpurchase.
  • Handle service scheduling, followups, and warranty inquiries.
  • Work closely with the motorcycle technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to aftersales strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Assist in sales management activities such as upselling and crossselling products.

Aftersales Advisor - We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Contract type:
Full-time, Permanent

Working days:
Five days a week, including Saturdays

Salary:
Up to £11.53 per hour
