  • Position: Private Client Associate
  • Location: Cheltenham
  • Experience: 2-5 years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-grade, profitable fee-earning support in the Private Client Team.
  • Advise on and manage a wide range of private client issues, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on private client issues, working collaboratively with colleagues to share insights.
  • Contribute to business development and identify networking opportunities internally and externally.
What You Need:
  • 2-5 years PQE in Private Client law.
  • STEP qualification or working towards it.
  • Demonstrable technical ability and excellent drafting skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in other offices as required.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to nurture and mentor junior team members.
