Installations Planner

£24,000 per annum

The position is a key part within the Installations Planning team, working with the engineers to ensure the successful work is prioritised and escalated as and when its required.

The role will require you to work with stakeholder and engineers to pre populate work on a weekly basis making sure that all work is carried out in a timely, effective and organised manor.


The Opportunity:


You will be joining a highly competent and skilled planning and scheduling department where there is huge potential for personal growth.

The department is growing and developing and have examples of career progression within the team.

You will be afforded the opportunity to bring ideas for improvement to the table in a fun and collaborative department.


The Role:

  • Assist with completing the electrical inspection program for liquid customers
  • Update inhouse CRM system with new contact/customer details
  • Be able to interpret engineering reports to enable subsequent remedial work to be scheduled
  • Ensure that any reactive work reported as part of the inspections are managed as per inhouse procedures
  • Ordering all kit & materials required for the engineers to complete the inspections/tasks
  • Production of monthly productivity reports

About You:

  • Have the ability to interpret technical data and work within compliancy restraints
  • Have worked in a regulatory guided environment previously
  • Able to build and maintain internal & external working relationships
  • Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
