Position:
Youth Mentor

Location:
Various locations across Ealing and Brent boroughs

Hours:
Part-time, flexible on a self-employed sessional basis

Salary:
Competitive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone and group mentorship to young people, aged 111
  • Introduce young people to our contextual safeguarding course and
    PYMtraining.
  • Develop positive relationships with young people and families.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people in setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Assist young people in developing life skills and making positive choices.
  • Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Access to a computer and internet connection
  • Acceptance to carry DBS checks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for youth development and making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as required.

Job Types:

£16.00-£18.00 per hour
