Reed Accountancy are currently working alongside a large manufacturing business based in Wakefield who are recruiting for an Purchase Ledger.


Pay:
£ £13.00 per hour

Location:
WF2

Working hours: - 5 Can be flexible Monday - Friday

Office based

This is a temporary for initially until April/May but could be extended

Duties and responsibilities

  • Recording receipt of invoices & distributing for authorisation if required
  • Matching invoices to Purchase orders
  • Inputting invoices
  • Recording detailed descriptions for key nominal ledger accounts
  • Initiating resolution of queries on unmatched invoices with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prioritising, preparing, and processing payment runs
  • Performing month end purchase ledger reconciliation
  • Scanning, copying, and filing various documents as well as distributing to relevant stakeholders
