Are you seeking to kickstart your career in marketing automation? Thanks to an internal promotion, Taylor & Francis Group presents an exciting opportunity to join our CRM team as a Marketing Automation Coordinator. This role serves as a stepping stone towards potentially becoming a certified Marketing Cloud or Pardot specialist.

We are searching for an individual with a keen interest in digital marketing, enthusiastic about aiding colleagues in achieving their marketing objectives through CRM technology. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with our Marketing Automation Managers and marketing stakeholders to implement automated email campaigns
  • Implement adjustments to automated processes to enhance audience segmentation, data selections, and email personalization
  • Generate regular reports to facilitate the efficient operation of our marketing automation initiatives
  • Maintain project and program documentation
  • Conduct routine checks on marketing automations and oversee exception reporting
  • Create and sustain compliant email templates to support broader marketing teams and their campaign needs
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and standards related to email and automated marketing, ensuring relevant information is shared effectively
  • Comprehend the overall marketing technology stack and its interplay to fulfill sales and marketing requisites
Qualifications:
