We are looking for motivated individuals who want to pursue a career within community mental health services
To assess the health and social care needs of individuals referred to the service, holistically, under the agreed procedures
Conduct specialist mental health assessments and Risk Assessments and devise appropriate care plans and risk management plans.
To provide evidence based therapeutic interventions appropriate to the service users assessed needs.
