In this role, you will be part of a team that offers guidance to health, social care, education, and housing organizations across both the public and independent sectors. As a Regulatory Lawyer (Healthcare), your responsibilities will include advising clients on a variety of healthcare, social care, and education issues, spanning from contentious to non-contentious matters. This encompasses handling complex litigation in the Court of Protection, addressing human rights issues, managing inquests, mental health cases, safeguarding, patient safety, and more.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving advisory and litigation tasks;
  • Represent clients in inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals;
  • Take an active role in client management and contribute to business development.

Direct experience in the exact field is not mandatory due to the role's diverse nature. However, familiarity with the mentioned areas would be beneficial. They are particularly interested in candidates with a genuine passion for sectors like health, social care law, and education law.
