We are a dynamic company based in Derbyshire and pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. You will be based in our Ilkeston Office and be a integral part of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To accurately process customer's sample requests by picking the sample(s) and then packaging them to the highest standard and posting.
  • To keep the sample room replenished at all times by submitting requests to suppliers and our own warehouse so that we can fulfil a request quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep the sample room tidy and organised at all time.
  • Monitor popular items to help the Sales Team spot any trends.
  • Contact customers to keep them updated on their sample orders.
Essential Skills And Attributes

  • Good understanding of IT
  • Must be very organised.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
