We are recruiting exceptional individuals who will join the founding team members here at Riverside. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity and one that is quite unique.

We wish to appoint Teaching Assistants to join our Inclusion team as soon as possible.

The purpose of the post is to carry out a range of duties that enable students with learning needs to achieve their potential.

An empathetic approach to students with additional learning needs is an essential requirement of the post.

The role will involve delivering targeted support to students within the classroom setting and working with students individually or in small groups.

There is an Academic rigour which is expected from all members of staff. Students are not capped by their key stage and are developed further to achieve more.

There is an expectation that staff fully challenge students and that they strive to be locally and nationally recognised in their roles.
