Internal BDE

A spectacular opportunity for an accomplished Business Development Executive to join a distinguished Bridging Lender near Edgeware
This is an unmissable opportunity for a BDE with strong experience within Finance and Property
The role is office based and provide the first point of contact for introducers:
Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms

Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system.

Attend and contribute to sales meetings
Send broker packs out and follow up
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

What you will need:
Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector
Must have some experience in finance or property
2 years' experience generating leads
Capable of self-generating leads, and 'openingdoors' with brokers
Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable.
Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Negotiation skills
Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to 'win' new business.
Good Computer skills
Full driving Licence
