We utilize the EMIS computer system and require clear and contemporaneous consultation notes maintained to high standards.
The post-holder is expected to:
# Undertake various duties including:

# Surgery consultations
# Telephone consultations and queries
# Visiting patients at home
# Checking and signing repeat prescriptions
# Dealing with queries, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner
# Corresponding promptly

# Perform all normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care

The post holder will also participate in regular practice meetings, with dedicated time allocated for this purpose.
