Our Catering teams are proud of delivering delicious, healthy school meals using locally sourced, high quality ingredients to pupils within all our schools.

Currently we are delighted to be able offer a role at Lode Heath School, Lode Lane, Solihull.

The postholder will assist with the preparation and serving of meals, refreshments and other catering services.

If you, therefore, have an interest in food and are enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff and would like to join a team with the same commitment we would love to hear from you.

We currently have a vacancy at the following school, Monday to Friday. Although this is a part time job applicants must be able to work Monday to Friday.

This is a term time only post which includes working all school Inset days (39 weeks per year).

Park Hall Academy, Water Orton Road, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham, B36 9HF
Working Hours: 10:45pm to 2:45pm (3.5 hours per day, 17.5 hours per week)

The key responsibilities for this post are as follows (a comprehensive job description is available):
Preparing the dining area for service, placing out and putting away of dining room tables, chairs and utensils as required

Preparing the counter for service

Transporting food between service points, serving meals

Excellent customer service skills

Operating the till systems

Preparation and some cooking of food
