Portuguese speakers for one of their prestigious clients in central London.

Duties of the Portuguese Speaking Receptionist/Data Entry:

  • Receiving visitors and dealing with queries face to face
  • Data entry
  • Archiving
  • General administration

Requirements the Portuguese Speaking Receptionist/Data Entry:

  • Fluent to native level Portuguese with good business English
  • Able to deal with busy reception area from time to time
  • Good typing/keyboard skills and MS Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a friendly team
  • Should be hands on and flexible to carry out various daily tasks in scanning documents, archiving, data input and general administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Available immediately
