Hours:
0930am
- 0430pm: To check customers invoices, raise POs accordingly and record them. To check, handle and record Motor insurance claims To create weekly invoice according to penalty charge notices To deal with customer on a daytoday bases, maintaining professional relationship at all time What you need to succeed at
Nav Van Hire:
Must be confident in dealing with customer & end user issues. The ability to build relationships with our stakeholders and customers. Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment. Working experience of Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel Job. Full-time Job

- Manage daytoday operations of the office.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
