Purpose of the Role
Support the contracts manager in planning, coordinating, and pricing project work.

Ensuring project work is organised and run efficiently, maximising utilisation and profitability on all units, whilst ensuring excellence is delivered.

Programming of contracted works and assisting with business demands when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering projects to a high standard.
  • Manage and administer the works programme/schedule.
  • Raising new jobs on the database, dispatching job cards to crews and processing to invoice.
  • Dealing and resolving with customer queries and payment.
  • Completing job packs with collecting all the correct information (PO's, Waste, completed) ready for invoicing.
  • Assisting contracts manager with equipment, stock and arranging traffic management through subcontractors.
  • Invoicing and uploading of invoices on to portals.
  • Collate daily project completion to track progress.
  • Update spreadsheets with information for project works, and analysing data across spreadsheets and job cards.
  • Making calls to customers and tenants to arrange access to properties when required.
  • Administration duties to assist wider team when needed.
