Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting an AP Assistant for our client in Teesside.
Please note this role can be fully home based or if living in the Teesside area ideally 1 day office based.



Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable is managed using an optical scanning system.

Elements include:
Checking through the uploads on a daily basis.
Statement checks - 2nd week of the month.
Query correspondence with the site managers
Assisting treasury with payments.
Bank reconciliation
Recording monthly expenses
Managing the finance mailbox, responding to customers and site managers

  • Evidence of working in an AP environment / transactional finance.
  • The role is full time 9am 5pm.
  • Salary £27,000
