The Head of IT is responsible for the 3 key areas of the business which are People, Budget & Service.

They will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of 3 key IT functions. They will be overseeing medium to large projects and making sure theyrun on time and to budget.
They will be responsible for line management, one-to-ones, recruitment and provide support for the team leads. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing stakeholders, updating board members on performance and managing supplier relationships.


The role is offering a highly competitive salary, 10% bonus, car allowance, generous pension, hybrid working plus joining a highly collaborative and diverse team.


Experience Needed:

  • Excellent communication and personable skills
  • Overseeing Budgets
  • Overseeing technical projects
  • Line Management experience
  • Broad technical knowledge (ideally Salesforce, SAP or Infrastructure but not essential)
  • Stakeholder management
