A Corporate Reception role (mobile) providing seamless service in covering annual leave, appointments and absences at a variety of prestigious sites across London.

To provide a welcoming reception environment and Five-star hotel style visitor journey to all who attend.

Monday - Friday ( Available up to 50 hrs - between 7am - 7pm)

Salary - £11.05 per hour

About The Role

  • Commitment and reliability are key factors as our business could not function without our Elite team
  • This role is very travel based and so flexibility is absolutely essential
  • Standby you will be required to be contactable on your mobile from 6am each day. This is in case of changes to your rostered duties which could include a change of shift time within your contracted hours of 50hrs per week between the hours of 7am 7pm Monday to Friday


Shifts
  • Operations will contact you regarding your shift for the next day before 3pm (when they close). You may be informed of a shift or told you are on standby, in which case your duties will be confirmed in the morning. If you have not heard from Operations it is your responsibility to call Operations before 7am on the day to find out your duties
  • If you are not required to cover a site, you will be rostered to train at a new site or return to a site you have not covered at for some time to refresh your knowledge of the site and their procedures.
