Our Children's Home in Preston are recruiting for Residential Support Workers now We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.

As a member of our residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could be in the form of helping the young person at school, accompanying them to take part in an activity (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh etc.) or simply assisting them in completion of general daily tasks, including morning and night time routines.

At Aspris Children's Services, we are immensely proud of the career pathway and training we can offer you. As long as you can demonstrate the values needed for a role within residential childcare, we will give you all the training and support you need to become a qualified Residential Support Worker.
