Head of FP&A | Ecommerce Renumeration | £110-130k + Bonus + Equity (DOE)
Location | London, full time-permanent, (2 days office per week)

Are you a dynamic finance professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving commercial success in a fast-paced environment? Do you have the expertise to lead a high-performing FP&A team within a thriving, private equity-backed ecommerce business? Operating across the UK, EU, US, and other global markets, the business is on a clear exit path, backed by a prominent private equity firm.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be instrumental in driving key commercial decisions and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

You will lead a team of 3 in FP&A, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial analysis and insights that drive business performance.

Lead and manage the FP&A function, providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and insights.

  • Support the Group CFO in driving the company's financial strategy and performance.
  • Develop and implement robust financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role within a private equity-backed or high-growth international business.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic decisions.
