We're seeking an Associate Director Civil Engineer position in Victoria, London, and several prominent cities such as Bristol, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow.

Role:


As an Associate Director Civil Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to lead development-oriented infrastructure projects, overseeing the creation of technically robust engineering solutions.

This will involve various civil infrastructure components, such as utilities, paved and unpaved surfaces, earthworks, access, and accessibility.

In addition to the above, you will:


- Collaborate within the Senior Leadership Team to implement initiatives enhancing the technical and professional capacity of team members
- Assist in bids, fee proposals, and service offers; formulate activity schedules/work plans
- Contribute to and expand technical knowledge networks
- Execute project-related tasks concerning health, safety, and welfare, e.g.

Construction (Design and Management) :
Degree-qualified in civil engineering with Chartered membership of a recognized professional body or equivalent.
Experienced in assisting and overseeing clients in the development infrastructure sector.

Technical proficiency in utilities design, paved and unpaved surfaces, earthworks, access and accessibility, construction logistics, and familiarity with current UK design norms and working methods.

Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage projects.
Capability and enthusiasm to lead in Health and Safety procedures.
Proficient in governing and sustaining technical integrity within a consulting engineering setting.
