Main duties:
Responsible for entering invoices/generating reports/ensuring invoices are paid

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing a company's payable and receivable accounts
  • Sending invoices and statements to clients
  • Following up overdue invoices
  • Assisting Managing Director in monthly payment runs
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Sending remittances
  • Providing administrative support across the business
  • Covering the desks of Operations and Customer Care managers during annual leave


Other duties - Plus any other duties as required by the company commensurate with the requirements of the level of this post.


What we offer:
Salary - £18,000 per annum

Hours 18 per week split across 3 day. Can be flexible within the needs of the business. Monday essential.

4 weeks (pro rata) paid holiday.
