Main duties:
Responsible for entering invoices/generating reports/ensuring invoices are paid
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company's payable and receivable accounts
- Sending invoices and statements to clients
- Following up overdue invoices
- Assisting Managing Director in monthly payment runs
- Processing payments and refunds
- Sending remittances
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Covering the desks of Operations and Customer Care managers during annual leave
Other duties - Plus any other duties as required by the company commensurate with the requirements of the level of this post.
What we offer:
Salary - £18,000 per annum
Hours 18 per week split across 3 day. Can be flexible within the needs of the business. Monday essential.
4 weeks (pro rata) paid holiday.
