IT Support Engineer - Stockport Hybrid Working (2 Day's a week in office) - £30,000 - Tech


You would be joining a team of 15, ranging from apprentices to consultants who have been there 20/30 years, so lots of scope to learn from your peers.

The business are a world-leading OT (Operational Tech Provider) who develop software that tells machines what to do, in settings such as manufacturing or infrastructure) so they do some pretty cutting edge stuff.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high quality, telephonebased, technical support on a wide range of Industrial Software and associated products
  • To ensure that each issue is logged appropriately and the information contained in it is relevant and uptodate
  • To keep customers informed of the progress of any issue that is not resolved immediately
  • To ensure any opportunities are communicated to the relevant team
  • To be a trusted advisor for the products allocated including certification on products where applicable
  • To stay up to date with the development of new products & operating systems.
  • Work with the Support Manager in the introduction and maintenance of Support Procedures.
  • To exceed expectations for customer satisfaction
