The Fire Safety Advisor will assist the Fire Safety Manager to ensure the Trust fulfils its obligations in relation to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and reduces the risk of harm for patients, staff, and visitors.
The Fire Safety Advisor will deliver key elements of the Fire Safety Management System including the design and delivery of Fire Safety Training, and the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments for the Trust's buildings.
The post holder will assist in the coordination, monitoring and implementation of department systems and procedures and provide professional support and advice to Fire Safety within Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
