What you'll be responsible for:

  • Carry own caseload under supervision and undertake holistic assessments including risk of the child/adolescent/family needs, either individually or in identified complex cases jointly with another member of the CAMHS community team.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely records of all work undertaken in accordance with Trust policies and Professional body requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of care are provided, and that regard to dignity, individuality, selfesteem and wellbeing of individuals and their families are given. Monitored and evaluated on a continuous basis.
  • Promote effective liaison with all statutory and voluntary agencies concerned with CYP and mental health.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You'll have the following qualification/experience:

All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree /Diploma in Nursing
  • 6 months experience within a similar role within the NHS or Private hospital.
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
